When it is necessary to search for specific talent to fit a specific skill set, we ask for six relevant references and a Talent Profile—which can be completed in person or online—before our candidates are submitted to a client. This may be burdensome to our higher level professionals, but it is the only way we can gain a solid understanding of who this person is and where they will best thrive.

We can’t do this for everyone, but for those who fit our criteria, we market to prospective employers every week in partnership between our talent, our staff and premier employers. An Impact Statement is a brief, yet powerful overview of your professional background, skills and qualities that set you apart from your peers. This statement gives MySource Talent an edge when marketing your unique skills because you are fully represented based on who and what you are as a complete package.
MySource Talent will coach consultants on building their Impact Statement based around specific questions that help determine the passion and skills accumulated over time.
